Aditi Singh from Prayagraj Wins Bronze Medal at National Junior Wushu Championship

Aditi Singh, representing the Uttar Pradesh team, won the bronze medal in the 23rd National Junior Wushu Championship held in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, from July 26 to 31. Aditi advanced to the semifinals by competing against players from Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, and SAI. A total of 32 players from various districts of Uttar Pradesh participated in the competition, winning 17 medals, including 3 golds, and the Uttar Pradesh team secured third place. The management of the state’s team was handled by the district secretary of the Wushu Association, S. N. Vidyarthi.

Aditi Singh, the medal winner from Prayagraj, has been training in Wushu for the past 10 years under the guidance of Wushu coaches Sharad Nath and S. N. Vidyarthi at the Indian School of Martial Arts and Sport in Mumfordganj, Prayagraj. She has consistently participated in national competitions. Her parents, Sudist Singh and Mamta Singh, along with players from Prayagraj, congratulated her.

The president of the district Wushu association, Sharad Nath, and other players and co-trainers welcomed and congratulated Aditi Singh from Prayagraj.
